• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed and the bonus may be revoked.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and gaming on Winbey:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the live betting cash-out feature).
• Sports Betting results are confirmed from official sources.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Winbey reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Betting based on match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Winbey and will result in serious action being taken:

• Transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools on games or the betting system.
• Using another member's account or misappropriating their information.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

Winbey believes gaming is for entertainment — not a way to solve financial problems. That's why responsible gaming is our top priority.

• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• The self-exclusion feature allows you to suspend your account for a set period.
